# I will not be responsible for lost of mails/items/cash in the process.

# Colours may vary due to lightings, camera and your monitor. Double check with us if you are really keen on buying.
# Once the date, time, venue has been confirmed, please do turn up. If you can't make it, please let us know beforehand, at least a day or so before.
# In the case whereby two or more people are interested in the same item, the one who can offer a better deal will get it. Else, we reserve the right to choose who to sell to.
Lastly, I reserve the right to alter the T&C at any point of time.
